CCNA Exam Requirements

Since July 2007, Cisco has announced changes regarding the CCNA exams and certifications. There are now exams that ranges from CCNA (640-802), ICND1 (640-816), and the ICND2 (640-822). In the exam process, it is the 640-802 exams that serve as the single exam option for having the CCNA certification. In one way or the other, passing the ICND1 and ICND2 will also earn you the CCNA certification. However, be informed that passing the ICND1 will only provide you with a separate certification which is the Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT).
